After years of working in the creative fields of visual art and music, Megan and Mark decided to focus their energy on their true passion: food.

Before relocating to Seattle, Megan had her own successful catering business and was a popular culinary instructor at PREP Kitchen Essentials in Long Beach, CA. She has also managed to hold down her "foodie day job" as demo coordinator at her local Trader Joes .  To Megan, cooking is like music- once you have down a basic skill set, you can get creative, bend the rules, and play. It is this free and improvisational quality that makes her menus unique, inspired and from the heart.
